Application Guidelines

DO

  • Use a SFX as a whole or cut to length of a video animation as needed
  • Loop same or combine multiple SFX in the same video if needed. In such cases, the combination of different
  • SFX are done one after another, and not remixed together.
  • Toggle sounds (up fast/slow) (down fast/slow): these sounds were created to be fitted for the specific animation they will support. So remember to fit and sync the sound with the animation going up or down.
  • Calculator typing: to create the illusion of typing in different keys, there are five different calculator typing sounds. Mix them together in the animation for maximum experience
  • For UI use: Use SFX in Nordea Mobile App is allowed.

DON’T

  • Never remix a SFX or remix multiple SFX together.
  • Never create cover versions of the SFX.
  • Never create a new UX sound independently, as the sounds above where create as a system. Contact Group Brand & Strategy together with Retail Digital in case of questions.
  • For UI use: Do not apply SFX in situations where sound would be intrusive. E.g. times requiring privacy or discretion, situations that demand no interruptions.
  • For UI use: Do not use SFX for web Netbank or Nordea.xx UI.
